“SAFE BY CHOICE” SAFETY PROGRAM
The DPC Safe Team is currently in the process of creating a new behavior based safety program that will run in tandem with our existing one. This program will be called “Safe By Choice” and is scheduled to be completed by the end of September and implemented in the fourth quarter 2011.
This program will focus on the humanistic side of safety and will create an atmosphere whereby employees will work together as a team to keep each other safe on our jobsites. We are very excited to get this new program in place.
